She helps clients develop a deeper understanding of the patterns, experiences, and ways of coping that have shaped their lives, while supporting them to move forward with greater self-understanding and self-compassion.
Melinda takes a holistic approach to psychological care, integrating mindfulness, movement, and nervous system regulation to support overall wellbeing.
